They've pretty much scrapped the old system and put in an entirely new one.

It is nice.
Buggy like you would expect it to be but a VAST improvement over the old game.
Hunting groups are back, all professions have a defined role now.
CH is no longer worthless (well, tehy are crap solo PVE, gods in PVP, and decent ina group anyway).
COmmandos aren't eh whipping boy of the game.
No more "win" buttons, although there are some nasty power combos.
This combined with the fun of JTL, and the JTL and ground additions with ROTW, that is realeased tonight, finally have gotten SWG to be the game it was supposed to be.

They're pissed because the game went from Easy mode, to challenging.
The game needed a vast change and it got it. I'm playing again with Kahar and its much more fun than before. They still need to fix a lot of things but the game is worlds better than before.

People are just pissed because they can't macro the fighting anymore and go afk for hours and come back and be a master in something.

Given that you can respec to anything right now, there isnt much need for that.
The ones who rightfully should be pissed are the crafters like me.

Most are fake. I have been posting Gay and transvestite porn links to the petition since it started for a laugh. They are all still there. You don't need a real e-mail and no IP check.
