I want to make a copy of some games I have (Half Life 2, Call of Duty) but I get an error when I try to use the Dell factory installed CD burner (Optic or something like that) about not able to read the CD.

What is the best CD burner/copy program out there that I can use? I am willing to buy the program as long as it's not over $40USD.
