Paula Abdul should be kicked off the show for favoritism and giving the guy "tips" on who to talk to, who not to talk to, what to say, what not to say, etc.

The show has nothing to do with who is the best. Its a form of entertainment. I wouldn't be surprised if it was all fixed from the start.

I personally hate the show, but if some people are entertained by it, so be it.

Well, this morning on a radio talk-show they discussed that very same issue. Apparently, she does not normally give out that kind of valuable advice, so she really must have liked that guy. It's really not fair to the other contestants is it?

I don't watch it much either. I've seen it twice, but I understand how AI is a medium for aspiring musicians who want to make it big. Big producers watch that show. If you get a chance to strut your stuff on AI, you are pretty much guaranteed that dozens upon dozens of talent scouts, producers, etc. are all watching you very closely.

AI is a good idea. It is being ruined by idiots like Paula Abdul (if that story is true).

The show (like 90% of all televsion these days) is complete shit. I don't watch it - but I read about the story in the news... and having lusted after Ms. Abdul for many many years... It made me look into the story a bit deeper.
