Seriously, I'd probably be in shock the first year and blow way too much of it in an effort to convince myself it was real. I would fund my family ONCE and ONCE only. After that, I'd live comfortably myself and probably become a philanthropist.

put 50Mil into low risk/low interest accounts. put about 20mil in accounts for family and friends, 1mil each where all interest goes to them, but they can not touch the 1mil without my sig (college, medical bills and such). Have a new house built for me and go on a nice long vacation while its being built. Quit my job and do freelance work when I got bored. Go back to school.

I would build a nice custom home in the mountains, build and start my own church, donate heavily to some of my favorite charities (make-a-wish foundation, world wildlife fund, american lung association) and buy a couple condos in different locations around the world for nice vacation getaways. I would also build a digital 64-track music studio in my house so I can record my own Jimi Hendrix and Tool covers.

I'd fix my house, get my truck's transmission fixed and buy around 25 million in various real estate ventures around the world, ask Steph to marry me, buy a boat, sail around the world, and go back to school when I finish. I'd try to keep everything else in a diversified portfolio with maybe a 7% yield if I am lucky.

First thing I would anonymously find the creditors of all my friends and family and pay off every debt they currently have and send them a nice little note saying "you are free and clear, don't fuck it up again."

Buy a large sea-worthy yacht maybe like the size of a small cruise ship but something small enough that I could pilot myself and has a fairly reliable auto-pilot w/ GPS for long journeys but large enough to land a helicopter on, learn to sail aforementioned yacht and fly aforementioned helicopter, also get a small cigarette boat for landing at small ports, set the yacht up with the highest speed, greatest coverage area satellite modem on the planet so I can play online video games 24/7 from the middle of the pacific ocean, load it up with fuel and the finest in food, wine, and marijuana, populate it with young nubile filipino girls, equip it with 50 cal machine guns to fire at every angle so no fucking pirates can take me without a fight, and sail the world in search of fun, beauty, entertainment and nubile young women of other races than filipino.

I'm stealing this idea. But what I would do as well is add a 20mil (10%) tithe for my church.

I know that the government spends trillions of dollars on hammers and toilet paper but it seems pretty evident that private / commercial space travel is an economically feasible idea considering the recent X Prize contest.

Oh I guess I'll add a foot note. If I won I would still seek love, but I would hide my fortune so I know who really does love me for who I am. Then when we have a solid relationship I'll go SURPRISE and it'll blow her mind. Almost like kissing a frog that turns into a prince lawl.

My company has been good to me, so I'd like to think that, as overwhelmed as I would be, I would try to work out my last 2 weeks to let them find a replacement, if even I did nothing but hit on bank tellers that last 2 weeks. I guess in a way I'd still be doing my job since 90% of it is just being there for deterence.

I'd take a jet over and personally meet brinstar, then fill his storeroom with so much grain there would be a nuclear reaction.

I would give 1.5 million each to my mother and father, 1 million to my sister, 1 million to my grandmother (gladly), and 1 million to each of my two uncles' families mostly so they would leave me the hell alone.

I would invest 1/3rd of the rest into a secure interest bearing investment.

Other than that, I think if I had that much money, I think I would turn totally eccentric. I'd build a nice big house with all sorts of secret rooms and passageways in it, and stuff like slides that can take you from the top floor to the basement, and some bizarre lookin' rooms. I might have stone statues made in my image. I might adopt some pet penguins. ^_^

As for what I'd do, I'd probably start up a video game developing company (I've got some great ideas for games) to make me even MORE money, and I'd probably spend a lot of time composing music, writing essays and stories, painting, and sculpting.
