Ok I actually forgot how to switch Razail back into the *real realm* from the spectral world. Pressing down arrow and X changes him to spectral, but I forgot how to get him back to real mode...

Anyone remember?

You need to find a certain area to switch back I think. I will look in my owners manual later today over lunch and post back. It's been a while.
