What does it mean when you have severe cramps in your upper to upper right abdomen/lower right chest - nausia - and sweats? I've been googling and i came up with a couple of possabilities:

1) Gall stones
2) Peptic Ulcer
3) Hiatal Hernia

None of those sounds very good - though I hope its just a herna - that was the one that sounded a lot less complicated/serious than the others...

Please diagnose.

It's not a 'i gotta poop' feeling - though it's almost like I have to burp but theres no air in my stomach.

Gallstones are in the same area, but it feels like SEVERE heartburn or a heart attack, you'd know the feeling.

Sounds a lot like gallstones. HAd the same trouble for years, until having my gallbladder removed about 2 weeks ago.

If it is in fact gallstones, you'll feel it right under the edge of your ribcage, on the right side. Right above your stomach. Very dull, radiating pain. It can also give you back pain too. Right between the shoulder blades.

Attacks can range from mild, to oh my god im puking and wish I were dead.

It could also be acid reflux. That was what every doctor I talked to wanted to diagnose me with. The last one I spoke to before having surgery even handed me medicine for it and tried to push me out the door. That was AFTER I even told him I had previously been diagnosed with gallstones and was 100% certain thats what it was.

You probably have a malfunctioning fusion power-cell.

A class 4 tech should be able to swap it out for you but I wouldn't wait. Poorly performing fusion cells can lead to the complete failure of the GX719-C Pulse Repeater built into your shoulder mounted rocket pod.

Nothing worse then surrounded by a horde of undead and your pulse repeater goes on the fritz.

The pain seems to come and go, usually it starts up in the evening around 4pm-ish.

The pain starts right in the V of my ribcage and off to the right of there right at the bottom rib. It's like an intense cramp thing that makes me sweat and grit my teeth a little. Then I get nausious/dizzy.

congratulations! you're going to be a daddy soon!

but seriously, i had something kinda like that which turned out to be pleurisy. that's when the slippery lining between your chest cavity and your lungs gets dried out and/or inflamed and your breathing causes friction. i thought my rib was broken or something, it hurt so fuckin bad.

i suggest you go see a doctor. STAT!

It's caused by a small troll living in your stomach.

Lay in a bog up to your neck for 6 hours and have yourself a good blood-letting.

Gall Bladder.

Your bill is in the mail. Seriously, go see the doctor and get a gall bladder ultrasound. Don't let the inflamation get bad enough to block off your hepatic ducts and through you into Pancreatitis. You will wish you were dead other than taking on hepatic induced pancreatitis. GO TO THE DOC NOW.......
