I keep having a recurring part in all my dreams. I open a closet door, and I have this almost irresistable, tingly force draw me in, and sometimes up into the closet. Sometimes it's my house, sometimes it's someone else's house. Today I dreamed I was at my friends deceased grandmother's house and opened the closet door and got sucked in. In my dream, I "know" they are ghosts. I never see them or hear them, I just get goosebumps and then get drawn in to the closet, and I wake up sweating, heart racing, and covered in goose bumps. Please interpret.

Is the closet looked like the closet from Poltergeist?

one was my bedroom closet, and others are just small, linen closets

This one is weird, really.
-Closets normally represent something you want to keep hidden (being as you walk into the closet).
-The "ghosts" you describe in your dream mean you are aknowledging (sp?) some painful or repressed thoughts, though you are not ready to confront them.
-To dream that you have goosebumps means truth of what you ahve seen or heard or they symbolize fear or your frigid attitude.

Dreams arent translated as a whole. They are translated in bits. You dream of a table with fruit on it, but you REALLY remember the apple. The apple is what you translate. So take the bits of the dream and the translations and apply it to what is going on in your life.

ok what is so vivid in my dream is the FEELING of getting sucked into the closet.

It's my interpretation that the closet is an issue, the "irrisistable tingly force" is temptation. You have a decision to make, or are thinking heavily on one. Seeing the dead grandmother's house perhaps brings back a memory of a time when you made a decision that didn't work out well for you, or is still bothering you, and you're afraid of the changes that making a decision like this could bring about, hence the sweating, goodsebumps and rise in heart rate.
