Just so we can decide for good what server we want to be on before we waste a bunch of time building up characters on the wrong server.

I voted Victory just because while crowding might not be too terrible an issue on Justice now... I think it is only going to get worse.

Isn't Victory a roleplaying server?
Also what effect of a hundred more people being on Justice then victory, having with people?
Curious...cause i have seen none.
Sever went down last night for like 20 minutes...but each server goes down for a little bit...just don't realize it.

I've played on both, they both seem about the same. Victory is the "unoffical" roleplaying server, but they'll be overrun because it's also the server that everyone from Something Awful went to.

Why not pick a medium then....some other server?
Seems fair to everyone who may have to loss a weeks worth of playing multiple characters.....
I'm willing to move, if we do it today. I don't see any point of moving mind you, but hey.
Lots of people on the server..but doesn't seem to effect anything.
I'm just enjoying the company of everyone.

Didn't vote yet, but all of my toons are on Justice. Highest levels are only around 8 or 9, so I'm not exactly married to them. Starting over is pretty easy at this point in the game.
I think if the main concern here is crowding, we should consider one of those middle servers that never seem to climb above light load so far.
That being said, I havn't really noticed any problems on Justice with crowding. Doesn't seem to be as problematic as it would be in EQ or something, since every zone is instanced, mobs are plentiful, and they respawn pretty fast.
Maybe I don't notice as much because I spend most of my time on solo missions in instanced pocket zones. /shrug
My hours are really flexible right now (anywhere from 11am-1am EST most days and weekends), but that may change if I get into courses over the summer term.

Sometimes I can't initially log into Justice because it's too full. Annoying, but not that bad really. I'm sheeple at this point. I'll go to whatever server ya'll want to go to.

Well, I'm voting for justice and will stay there regardless. Victory is more crowded and has alot of groups (like something aweful) that I would rather avoid.

After a 4 hour grind today....
Be nice to be with the nameless folks again...but i can't leave.

I had initially voted Victory, but after a long/fun grind today -- I'll be staying on Justice (so imagine the poll adjusted accordingly)

Not that I have ran into any of you in game, or my opinion truly matters, but Justice simply is getting way to over crowded. I have 2 real life friends thinking about playing, so I may restart on a new server with them

last 24 hours Justice has been in par with other servers.
Seems all servers are getting busier with the game being out longer.
Last week Justice was always "red" and the rest "yellow".
Last 24 hours, all have been "yellow" and none "red".
This is logging in every couple hours all day today while doing my ebay work to take breaks.
Doesn't seem busier then anywhere else.
Gniltunmai, give one of us a tell for a invite into the SG
Ganzo just joined...the more the merrier.

What levels are most of you now? I am sitting at level 8 on my blaster, mainly because I screw around and remake every few hours because I have a new cornball idea on a theme for my character. which to me is the most fun, making the most corny character I can think of.
Earlier I made a bright red, fat tanker named Hey Koolaid with a splash on his chest, lasted only 30 minutes, but I chuckled.

I'm Lion Phoenix on Victory now, my Blaster.
Entrancer is my Controller on Justice.
I somewhat like moving between the two characters. It makes it a bit more fun for me.

My Gravity controller Coates is 12.
I also have a lvl 6 energy blaster Coatey.
Once the Controller hits 14 so i can fly...will enjoy flight for a couple hours then try to get my blaster to 14.
I'm in no rush to hit the max cap...not like theres loot or anything to look forward to.
Just a couple high end zones.

Defender still lvl 14, tank still lvl 6. Maybe someday I will have time to log on to EQ or CoH again (maybe tonight!!)
There is actually a reason not to level too fast. Certain task force missions cannot be done except during certain levels. The Positron one can only be done between lvl 10-14.9999 if you are level 15 or ding 15 while doing them you get booted.
And as for loot, where else is a lvl 10 going to get a SO enhancer that may enhance 2 things at once?

What's a "Task force" mission?

Task force missions are special group story arcs that you can take. They are harder than normal missions and consist of a series of missions. They take 4-8 hours to do. Once you set the group you can have people drop out, but cannot add more people.
For example one of the story lines involves tracking down lots of information, busting up a few rings, and then thwarting a terrorist attack to poison the resovoir.
At the end of the mission each member is supposed to get a souvenier and a single origin enhancement appropriate for their level (thats a MAJOR prize since SO are 33% bonus and generic are 8%). The first task force missions can be accessed through positron in Steel. I think that one is lvl 10-14.
In addition there are major ordeals called trials that are in effect raids for guilds to do where you can win single origin enhancements that do more than 1 thing (example damage AND end reduction). The lowest level one is aimed at roughly a billion players. The mid level (mid 20s) one is capped at 8, but the prize allows you to completely change your class, powers, and repick your enhancement slots!!! (according to the guide).
Some of these are a little buggy atm. There is a thread about them on the coh boards.

Awesome. I'm hoping to have a little time the next few days and this weekend. Damn end of the semester and my students freak out and need so much attention.
