I went with my parental unit to Costco today. was a nice day, 80ish, but was breezy so i could still wear a light jacket.

the parent, aka mother, is about 6'0" and about 350-400lbs.

inside the store they had the AC blasted and was almost chilly in some parts. yet after 40 minutes of walking around shopping i notice the parent is sweating. im chilling, parent sweating..


im no bean pole either.. about 6'6" and pushing 275ish but hot damn i dont overheat from a not even brisk walk.

and this just depresses me cause, genetics aside, fat ppl do it to themselves. its not like they just blimped out overnight, years of eating shit and more shit and then the shit they shit out that is made up of there shit they just ate..

i wish i could just laugh at fat ppl like i could when i was a kid, but now i just feel sadness.

i'm about 5'9 and down to 195, from 270 about this time last year. the secret? i havn't had a croissanwich in about a year

ohya, and i move my fat ass around once in a while for exercise. i'm sure genetics has a lot to do with weight, but not enough to make this country as fat as it is. if people put down the Kitchen Fresh Chicken and pickup a dumbell it'll do wonders.

Once I saw a lady who measured her weight in tonnage instead of pounds fall down and get herself all jacked up.


I laughed very hard that day and was in a good mood until the following morning.

though i kind of miss the weight when i wrestle with my brother, he can actually lift me now
