It is your perogative.
I am normally clean shaven and I don't have my shirt sleeves rolled up, if I am not wearing a suit. However I have been working on my house for the past couple days in 100+ F weather and taking advantage of those who I have walked into my office and told me that they want to work with me.

I'm a Christian, I'm not offended by people's remarks about religion. Why should I expect the world around me to act like Christians! It's ludicrous!
