This is the NT. I know I don't post much here but I read the threads almost daily. If the stupid stuff like Taxx and Garg posted is being moderated then this board has truly lost whatever it was that had me coming here ...

If you had a child with someone, would you sign something that released you from all financial responsibilty from that child, and ban you from contact with your child, if your relationship with the mother ended?

My brother married a single mother. He adopted her daughter after the biological father signed whatever it was he needed to sign to allow it. They had two children together after they were married.

Their marriage lasted 5 years. He now pays child support for all three children, and he's fine ...
