So in my rush I forked out money to a shady business (Fileplanet), for a client which worked fine for five minutes, but which now hates my login and I have no easy means to ...

fucking hell, I waited 20 hours to get my beta key from fileplanet, download the client and install it, set up my account and log in, dowload a small update and restart WoW and NOW my login info is no longer valid..to top it off the Blizzard support page is down so I can't reset my FUCKING PASSWORD!

I'll probably go with the class that lets me jump in swinging

looking at Druid..they might be a bit too generalist for me /shrug

Thinking of trying Hunter..looks like closest class to Ranger that I can think of. Maybe druid, although I've never really liked primary spellcaster classes though.

Hopefully the Hunter talents get added before OB so I can at least have a look see, otherwise if Hunter isn't what I'm hoping then ...

I'm either Tigris (5 scrapper claw/reflexes) or Mako - Type03 (6 blaster energy/gadget)

I also have a defender, umm empathy/psionic but only lvl 2

Been slowly weening myself away from FFXI. It was interesting as a Red Mage, but it's impossible to find people who want to take the initaitive and challenge themselves. They'd rather suck on the teats of the high levels and have everything handed to them on a silver platter.

a) my characters have such absolute shit for gear that I'd be lucky to afford a bottle of coke after the transaction

b)nobody else will ever play those characters; my time, my money, and that is the way it will end in EQ.

I haven't played EQ since September. Does it matter to me ...
