I should have kept in touch with the few Blizzard employees ex-Nameless players that I once knew =/.

Online Community Representative

Blizzard Entertainment is seeking an outgoing individual to provide assistance to our customers via the World of Warcraft forums. This is a position for an avid massively multiplayer online gamer with a strong background in providing top-notch customer service.

An ideal candidate would be creative, self-motivated, conscientious, and detail-oriented, with excellent spoken and written communication skills. This person would be able to offer consistently attentive, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. He or she also would be very familiar with the massively multiplayer online game genre and game-forum dynamics.

Responsibilities:

Consistently reading and responding to postings in the World of Warcraft forums
Investigating open subjects with other teams at Blizzard
Providing regular forum-feedback reports
Participating in fairs and events
Other responsibilities, as assigned
Requirements:

Strong written and spoken communication skills combined with a passion for gaming
Strong customer-service skills and a professional attitude
Diligence to consistently follow up on open subjects in the forums
Willingness to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, and be available on call
Proficiency with MS Office
Plusses:

Previous community-management and/or forum-moderation experience
Previous PR and/or customer-service experience
Membership in a World of Warcraft fan site

i was going to apply, seeing as how i've already met all the blizzard guys and i'm not that far away, but i already have a sweet job and i would have to transfer colleges ~_~
