How can one upload pictures?

Currently I have to dump them on my site and link to them (pain in the ass) or leach other's bandwidth.

use the album and then link it using html tags...
<img src="URL"> replace URL with the image name... meaning, the link you receive when you click on your uploaded image.

That's what I use... just wondering when I'm gonna have to start removing stuff, because I know I've gotta be pushing bandwidth limits.

unless your linking all your web content at once, which I doubt, and the picture you're linking such as your avatar is small in size you'll be fine.
