Who needs a new vid card?

Postby Minrott » Thu Dec 16, 2004 1:57 am

Buy my nVidia 6800GT 256mb for $325 shipped and insured.

I just bought my house, it's in the sticks, and there's no chance of broadband internet access for the next 10 years I imagine. So I'm done online gaming, and I don't need this card to burn dvds.

Damn this cold weather, I'd buy that in an instant.

Was supposed to work today too but it's fucking 20 below freezing.

Get satellite cable, smacktard... it's the same speed as DSL. GAME ON!

Not if you intend to play FPS

For an MMORPG it will likely be just fine.

You're kidding right? 10mb down 1mb up sounds really cool, until you see your 400 ping.

Anyway, phone company says DSL may be available and is testing the line this week.

I actually pray it doesn't. I love to game, and I spend way too much time playing FarCry. That $50 a month for DSL could do something more important, but rather than being pragmatic about it, I'll get it if it's there.

Diekan I've got more porn than you could view in a year. More really isn't necessary.
