Why must you assume the worst in all people?

A two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year and ordained minister who was known as the "Minister of Defense," White played a total of 15 years with Philadelphia, Green Bay and Carolina. He retired in 2000 as the NFL's all-time leader in sacks with 198. The mark has since been passed by Bruce Smith
.

Maybe God just decided it was time to bring one of his own home.

Reggie White was one of the greatest players ever, and pretty much a model citizen. Sad day for everyone. 43 is way too young.

Very very young. It was not a heart attack, it was respitory failure. He had sleep apthia (sp?). Basically he stopped breathing, and didnt wake up. Wasnt drugs, or alcohol, he was actually a minister, and as said before a model citizen.

A sad day indeed for the NFL, and the world as a whole lost a great person.

Its common for big guys to have respiratory problems. It wasn't drugs or anything, as has been said.

aye, I didn't know how big he was. It's also common for professional athletes to be drug users, hence the assumption.

Sleep apnea is a common disorder in which breathing stops during sleep for 10 seconds or more, sometimes more than 300 times a night. There are two main types of sleep apnea. Obstructive Sleep Apnea may represent cessation of breathing due to mechanical blockage of the airway. Central Sleep Apnea appears to be related to a malfunction of the brain’s normal signal to breathe.

Symptoms of sleep apnea may include restless sleep, loud, heavy snoring (often interrupted by silence and then gasps), falling asleep while driving and/or during the day (at work, watching TV, etc.), morning headaches, loss of energy, trouble concentrating, and mood or behavior changes.

There are a variety of treatments available for those that suffer from sleep apnea, including medications, behavioral therapy, and, in extreme cases, surgery.

There is info on sleep apnea...got it from http://www.infobeagle.com
Thats scary to think about.

I am not going to jump on the bash Mindia bandwagon and point out that he did expect the worst before even reading anything about the man. I'm trying to teach a lesson of how to be the better person.

SEE TAXX, your snoring could greatly affect your health, GO TO THE DOCTOR ASSHOLE.

The Chiefs should sign him to "stiffen" up their defense, lol?

Yes, that was bad, I admit~
