Wow, on our server "Garona", Hunters outnumber Warriors 2:1, Rogues 3:1, and Druids 6:1. Are you guys short on hunters on Whisperwind or just short in your guild?

You're on a pvp server right? Rogues have a much higher percentage on the pvp servers...they're so fucking fun to pvp with.

Yeah, last night the census on Hunters was 175. Druids 18. Priests in the 30's and Mages in the 30's. Warriors avg around 140'ish. It's just nuts.

But being that Hunters are broken past 40, I'm sure a lot of people will be switching to alts soon.

yeah it's tough post 40

not to mention there's really only one armor set that's geared towards them and it still kinda sucks

I'm not sure hunters are broken

I think it's just a bit like kunark/velious era necros

people are monsters solo'ing, never learn group skills
then when they're "forced" inside to do the group instances they don't have a fucking clue what to do

What I have noticed post 40 is that in groups my DPS is lower than most everyone else. Now I have 162 AGI atm, with a Raptor rank 5 in all skills, one of the best bow's for my lvl and I still put out less DPS than all the others. Now sure my DPS is constant, but it's still far less than say adding another Rogue or Mage or hell even a ShadowPriest.

Plus we don't really develop any later skills that help in groups. No pulling skills, no crowd control, very little stunning (yes it was knocked down per Blizzard via last patch) and ATM 2 of our aspects are bugged.

Don't get me wrong, I really like my hunter. But I just really hate that the tradeoff for solo ability vs grp ability is so great. Hopefully Blizzard will go back and do some fine tuning for the class once they can keep the servers online for consecutive days.

I really don't think the hunter is going to be buffed seeing as how half the population plays them.

I don't think the hunter needs buffing at all

I'm for the most part, really satisfied with how they turned out

I would however, like to trade a bit of solo skill for group viability
