Dehydration
1 liter of water
1 Tsp Salt (Sea Salt best)
8 Tsp Sugar (Raw cain sugar best, use kool-aid or similar for better taste)
To help the solution disolve better, use warm-hot water. Once the solution has been disolved, let it cool to room temperature, then sip frequently.
Upset Stomach/Nausea
Method 1: Chew fresh ginger root.
Method 2: Raw chicken egg, whole or broken membrane.
Headache
Method 1: Acupressure, apply presure and gently rub the mussle/tissue between the index finger and the thumb.
Method 2: Caffeine, drink a soda or some coffee.
Method 3: Hot/warm shower.
Method 4: Run your hands under hot/warm water.

Earache
Method 1: Fresh garlic juice. Poor a small amount directly into the ear.
Method 2: Hairdryer, use the warm (not hot) setting and blow directly into the ear.
