What are some good lean cuts of red meat/steak good for BBQ'

I think filet mignon is the leanest.

Yes, filet mignon is lean(and good!), but expensive.

Filet is by far the best, though expensive - try whole foods or trader joes they usually have some deals going on .

holy hell filet mignon? I would have never guessed.. I had heard tri-tip was good for you but when I went looking for it I found what looked to be a 10 pound giant ass muscle or something from the cow. Not for the BBQ I guess.

Tri trader joes I was in there the other day and they had maybe 2 lb tri tips looked really lean
