Body areas for daily lifting

Post by labbats »

Seems to me lots of people are upper body/lower body, everything at once, or something of that sort. I do chest/back one day, legs another, then shoulders/arms. I make sure and wait at least 48 hours between each. What is best?

depends on what you like to do and all sorts of things,

A split is better for pure muscle build ( like yours )
A upper / lower body split is better for people knew to lifting or people on short time frames

a full body work out is really for more of a athletic purpose - becausey ouc an do power movements and strength movements at the saem time on a more frequent rate
