Some people here know I had a heart condition spring up, the doctor has me excercising and taking medication to get the inflamation down. I lost 9lbs in the last two weeks, my secret...

Quit eating shit and got off my ass. Amazing how well it worked, 8 more pounds and I am to the lowest I have weighed in 12 years, 205. About 15 months ago I was at 252, I still feel fat though, will someone hold me?

I am rambling...
