getting the 9th spot

does anyone know how to get the 9th spot to put your spells in thanks, i got the omens expansion, but i could not figure out how to do it.

Aye, Black is right, it's an aa ability under Omens of War think it's called mnemonic retention or something like that.

It is worth it. Virra has it...I spent the AA that I earned for it on GM brewing!!!!

I will be getting it, though.
