Hello EQ, EQ2, and WoW players. I left EQ1 for DAoC, big mistake there, DAoC already has its social structures set. The ubers are ubers and the rest are fodder for the zerg. There is no dynamic affect in the Realm Vs Realm, you just take a relic lose a relic earn more RPS. Its like the EQ treadmill from a different point of view. The PVE in the game lacks so much content it give me a stomach ache. Game suffers from serious class balancing issues and the new Catacombs expansion did NOTHING to make the game any better. The toons have better graphics but the world is still boxy and cuby lookin. It brought the most overpowered classes ever to the game and even more crappy PVE.
I am wondering who has checked out Dark and Light? Anyone doing beta testing? Looking at videos and screenshots it sounds real good. The posts on site from the peeps in beta sound like they are LOVING it. I hope it releases ontime and is all the things that EQ2, WoW, DAoC, EQ1 have good about them wrapped into one.
