Not really sure. I know they are expensive though. I'd like to get the bracelet before the boots.

You can get the boots for 60-70 now fairly frequently. The bracelet is OK but for a mid game bard the ornate boots with ft 3 are soooooo nice. I put a ft 2 aug on them to make up for the crap stats.
