I have 2 512mb sticks of Mushkin DDR333 PC2700 (level 2) right now.

If jesus wanted you to have more ram he would have put it your PC for you.

Also, I don't understand how a 4 dimm slot mobo caps at 3gb's of ram. Wouldn't 4 slots = either 2 or 4 gigs of ram max? Seems like for a 3gb cap it would only have 3 slots.

Some motherboards will only support certain configurations of dimms in certain slots. This is usually outlined in the manual for the board.

Look at page 19 of your manual. All compatible memory configurations are listed there. If all 4 of your memory sticks are double sided, it looks like you are hosed. You may be able to put in 3 double sided sticks using slot 1,2 and 3.

yup, they're all double sided lol. Hello return counter... :-x

And I've never even heard of "single sided" or "double sided" RAM. One of my friends has 4 512mb sticks of pc3500 plugged in and they are working just fine, and they are identical to each other.
