I have a question for you! I work at a local gym/sports center, and I usually read through your weekly workout posts. Would you mind if I started printing them out and hanging them near our weights/workout balls? I think they would provide some excellent guidance and ideas for people who want to start routines but are not sure what to do.

You should have your club in general get a subscription to PT on the net. It is a really nifty resource.
