Workout Pictures chest, arms, back, legs, etc

I have been getting back into working out now that I've pretty much given up on EQ :p

I was hoping someone here may have some pictures / images that I can confirm the routine I have is "proper" in regards to position of hands, placement of feet, posture, etc.

I only use free weights and do this at home.

Any infoz would be great, thanks in advance
