I have always been ineffectively bitchy. I was way too forward, got way too interested in the ways other people acted and always took it upon myself to assume they cared what I thought.
Boy was I wrong! Since realizing that people do not want to be told how to act, and that it's not up to me to change them, I get more respect from people and find that it's more important to concentrate on myself.
