This is what is bullshit about the US. She had unprotected sex with him, she is just as fucking at fault as he is for contracting the disease. If the whore kept her legs shut, it wouldn't be an issue.

yea danger but heres the thing.. if you don't tell someone you have a disease lets say AIDs you can be charged with lots of crimes... maybe even murder since you die at one point from it.

It still is bullshit. If he was unaware he had the disease would it make a difference? No. She still contracted it from him because she wasn't protecting herself enough to wear a condom. I never have protected sex, I know the risks, if I would have gotten AIDs or herpes or another uncurable disease from a woman, I wouldn't have got the courts involved, I would have kicked my own ass. She was the dumb twat who played russian roulette in bed, so now she is looking for a payday.

YOu get what you deserve for sleeping around with people and not protecting yourself, I could care less if she got herpies, monkey pox, some new string of aids or the fucking clap, shoulda told him to wear a condom...she is just as at fault as he was.
