Now im not from innoruuk but JUST MAYBE their might be unguilded ppl looking for a place but are unsatisfied with their current options? just maybe they're just starting to look for a guild or they refuse to leave their home server while the rest of their guild /movelogs ? He made no statement in the remote direction to recruit specificially guilded members. He bumped the post for anyone currently interested in a guild. Because really in the first place why would anyone click a post that reads "Euphoria is recruiting" thats not interested in looking for a guild or part of that guild or looking to make themsleves out to be an A-hole.

Since when don't guilds recruit from other guilds? If you were hiring, would you limit yourself to only unemployed people or would you maybe try and take some of the most talented from other companies? LoS and PoN actively recruit people from Euphoria and others all the time, and why shouldn't they? If you're smart, you'd go find the best geared and most experienced people out there first and if that didn't work, then you'd go find the unguilded bazaar geared folks and give them a shot.
