For those of you who listen to music while working out (a must if you ask me)...

On my iPod I've got:

Disturbed - Liberate
Disturbed - Awaken
Godsmack - I Fucking Hate You
Kid Rock - Cowboy
Megadeth - Symphony of Destruction
Megadeth - Kick the Chair
Megadeth - Train of Consequences
Megadeth - Countdown to Extinction
Rage Against the Machine - Revolver
Rage Against the Machine - Killing in the Name
Rage Against the Machine - Guerilla Radio
Shinedown - 45
Slayer - Skeletons of Society
Slayer - South of Heaven
Soil - Halo
Type O Negative - Christian Woman
Type O Negative - 12 Black Rainbows
Union Underground - South Texes Death Ride

What do *you* take to the gym with you?

I typically watch the History Channel... sometimes Animal Planet. Having a TV at every treadmill/stepper/bike is rather nice.

I generally worked out watching whatever game was on that night. If I dont have a TV it was usually metallica
