I can power you to 60 in no time, G, if you'd prefer once I get some characters transferred mid month.

I play EQ. I love EQ. Lyion, did you make the first Sanctuary? I had people wanting me to remake Jolly Pillagers but since it wasn't my tag in the first place, I made Ancient Heroes.

No, Fell was the original guildleader for Sanctuary. After FoW folded and I came back from Sabbatical, Fell asked me to run the guild and he semi retired. A bunch of my friends joined back then, and we became fairly strong.

Fell and a bunch of others server transferred and the rest of us formed Euphoria.

Fell was an ok guy, but he took things WAY too seriously and had a nasty temper which was his downfall. I rarely took things seriously. I played hard, but realized we didn't have the inside sources and less hardcore people.

The only huge disagreements he and I really had outside of ignoring other guilds and their trolls was in item distribution. I was for a rotating system in which we rewarded people in a round robin way. Fell was more for trickle down economics in which Sanctuary's core one or two groups got first dibs. Both ideas had merit.

Before I quit EQ in Velious, I spent 5 months playing part time on Torv in Blades of Wrath, which were a bunch of people from FOW. It was interesting how that server had a higher percentage of dickhead guild leaders, and yet they all seemed to get along and not have the squables TN had.

NT was an odd mix, I think it was due to when the server opened myself. When the server opened people already understood vox and nagafen, but more often than not one guild per server was getting them... since everyone 'knew how, when, where, " to level the timming of the TN opening lead to a lot more competition at an earlier stage. a lot of the people leveling had done it before, now theey were doing it as a race. I mena hate and fear were not even open when TN went live (if I remeber correct) so the race was for two mobs... this competition early I think led to bigger tension later.

THough this is just imo.

Early, early TN was cool. Everyone got along and there was a somewhat unwritten code of respect and help. We figured out who the early loot farmer fucks were (Hi, Anks) and generally helped each other out.

The diplomatic presense of the TWs, the always politically correct Ezeekiel, Tenaj, Glubgawd, Ixnay, etc, and our personal assorted collection of assholes that probably were greater in number than all the other servers combined most likely led to that wonderful atmosphere of warmth and tranquility on TN.

It was only after several guild merges and when the competition for mobs started heating up did we really get asstastic.

Even with the competition, most people still got along ok. There was just a lot of propaganda spewing and epeen flexing. It was entertaining, if way silly at times.

Oh ya.. beyond slut. When he got bored he would cyber himself playing redmuse.
Well that or make his characters argue. Was funny.. people that didn't know he was playing both would send tells and take sides.. vry ccc.

He won this slut over though and now the two of us are living happily ever after. It all works out in the end.

Cyni wasn't a slut. Just called him a slut cuz he let people use his surname. When I played with Cyni, it was all about skeelz and just being an all-around good person.

And the stupidity continues.....
Inside each person lives two wolves. One is loyal, kind, respectful, humble and open to the mystery of life. The other is greedy, jealous, hateful, afraid and blind to the wonders of life. They are in battle for your spirit. The one who wins is the one you feed.
