Mindia, whether you're willing to recognize it or not, there have been transitional fossils found
And for the record, I'm not trying to disprove religion~

Well, God gave you the ability to make choices in life. You are choosing to believe one way even though there are other options open for you. So, if you want to believe in evolution and man having gone through transitional stages, then that's your perogative.
“The more I study science the more I believe in God.” -- Albert Einstein
Neither Tikker or Myself has ever once in this thread have ever once tried to disprove religion. We have both tried to show that there are transitional fossils that people just are refusing to look at.
Is Macroevolution as a theory flawless? No, there are holes in it that over time will either expand and the theory will be dropped or they will be closed up and it will be more widely accepted.
I have never said that there is no God, and that God didn't create life. I fo rone just do not beleive it. If I see differently then my beleifs can change. I things stand know however, I beleive in Micro and Macro evolution. I have seen enough to show me that they are very plausable and the most likely way that life has come to be on this planet in its current state.
I will even go out on a limb and say, I beleive 100% that no only has it happened here but it has happened elsewhere in the universe with very different results on those worlds.
Its going to be a very long and hard road to show that macroevolution has and is still happening because it takes place over such an extreme length of time. The evendence that is being looked at is very old and the best form of research we have using DNA is all but useless because DNA is all but impossible to get from what we would need. In the future though I fully expect that they will be able to show an abundance of proof for the theory and that the main stream of the world will accept it as truth.

For to win one hundred victories in one hundred battles is not the acme of skill. To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill.

Its going to be a very long and hard road to show that God has and is still watching over us because he operates very subtly. The evendence that is being looked at is very old and the best form of research we have using the bible is all but useless because the bible is all but impossible to get right due to all the mucking-about it has withstood over the centuries. In the future though I fully expect that Jesus will return and will thus be able to show an abundance of proof for the theory and that the main stream of the world will accept it as truth.
