Post by Xaiveir »

In June. Heading there for a tanning convention and the World Series of Poker.

Im Looking for a good place to stay that i have not been to before, and was wondering if anyone had some ideas/comments on places.

Ive stayed at Mandalay bay, NY NY, Belagio, Mirage and Caesars palace before. Im just looking for something else. It doesnt matter wich side of the strip, as long as its on the strip.....suggestions????

Take us both. We will help you find a place to stay at the small cost of our room.

Most of the good casino's on the strip are pretty good. I know, having stayed at at least 10 differents ones of them over the years.

I was at Monte Carlo in March, it was good.
Alladin is also good and not as brutally expensive as Caesars.
Bally's is cheaper than Paris and about the same overall hotel quality, just not as new.
Caesar's was my favourite, but it costs the most of where I have stayed.

I refuse to pay the price for Mandalay or Bellagio or Venetian as they are not worth the extra $75+ a night.

If you want to go whole hog, try out the new Wynn's. I will be pricey, but if the extra couple of hundred does not matter why not check it out? :boots:

This week.

At Fan Faire, a few of the guys stayed at the Paris, and it was a really nice looking hotel. I liked it a lot, and the downstairs is really pretty

You have a twisted idea of romance....

Are you joking? It isn't like I am the first person to think getting married in Vegas is romantic.

I didn't think anyone thought it was romantic...I thought everyone just thought it was convenient and something different.

romantic and vegas wedding just dont seem to go together. Vegas wedding and "Lets get this done while we are still drunk" do.

There is something to be said for being swept off of your feet out of your normal monotonous surroundings into a light-filled society for a fleeting moment of dedicating your love to your soul mate. I am a free spirit. That is all I can say.
