I would watch sports if they came up with crazy ass events and televised it. Like midgets racing pigs, SpikeBall (where the ball has razor sharp spikes sticking everywhere out of it), or GreaseBall (not unlike Basketball, except the stadium and the ball are saturated with disgusting slippery grease) ect :/
Oh, and WheezeBall, a physically intensive sport which only allows obese and grossly out of shape players to compete, for fantastical prizes!
