Seriously, this man's point is that China's economy growing wildly because they can make things cheaper and just as fast. The only way to slow down or stop them from becoming an industrial/economic giant is to unleast Unions on their yellow asses. He tries to mask it as a positive thing, Brilliant!

Hmmm... not sure what to think there... Originally the unions did serve their purpose during our industrial revolution which was to increase the wage of the worker and make the work place safer. Now they are just bloated, wasteful and useless. I would call them harrison's really.

As much as I hate American unions (mostly because they're entrenched in the law, and FORCE people to join them and FORCE employers to deal with them, and they are fucking up the economy), it would be nice of China had them. :P

China has the biggest unions on earth. It's call the communist party. Everyone there belongs to it. If any other unions try to move in on China, the communist party will inflict serious pain on them.
