20 foot by 20 foot room. Filled with Friends and relatives of the little girls. Push him into that room. Lock the door , come back in 1 hour. Whatever happens is considered justice.

That's what I've been wondering...
Inside each person lives two wolves. One is loyal, kind, respectful, humble and open to the mystery of life. The other is greedy, jealous, hateful, afraid and blind to the wonders of life. They are in battle for your spirit. The one who wins is the one you feed.

Please. This guy basically confessed same day to the murders. Went to the crime scene with police. Showed them where things happened. Told them why he did it. Money dispute. Also at least 3 or 4 previous aggravated assault convictions. He's fuckin guilty.

I'd love to see where you saw all that. What I read was he found the bodies with the grandfather, showed the police where he found them and because he didn't react 'properly' to questioning he was grilled for hours and then arrested.

Also, the prosecutor said today that there had been a minor altercation over money but it had been resolved and was not the motive.

The biggest problem with the death penalty is that in this country people are so quick to judgement that they often point fingers right off at the most convenient target regardless of evidence. Some times they are right, others they are wrong.

Even when people are conviced, jurys really push the lines on reasonable doubt. There are many times where there is reasonable doubt that they convict on anyway, some of those people are sentenced to death.

I am not 100% aposed to the death penalty, however we need to be VERY carful when we use it, putting an innocent person to death is not acceptable.

On tape.

I hope he fries but they 'forget' to wet the sponge like in The Green Mile.

Not just the ACLU. I'm sure a lot of religious people adhering to the "thou shalt not kill" rule would get up in arms just for the fact that the execution happened in the first place.

I know I wouldn't mind.

HAHA this from the person that was willing to take a road trip to string up Ms Cold feet's fiance because he looked guilty. Not that I am disputing that a good hanging would benefit this guy completely, but I find it ironic that you were dead set (pardon the pun) that the fiance had killed Ms Cold Feet and stashed her body in a ditch

For the record, I would drive if anyone else wants to make a road trip.

I don't think that applies to justified executions.

The man is not innocent, you don't confess to murdering you daughter and her friend if you are innocent. Just like you don't chase people around the neighborhood with a fucking chainsaw if you are not crazy.... oh wait.... he did that.... but of course he is perfectly stable and must be innocent.
