For those people to lazy to follow it. A guy decided to try a different method of cooling his computer. He emtied out an aquarium, put his computer in it and filled it with mineral oil.

The computer is running at 28C

Get rid of your desk and get a little little one for your monitor and set it up against the wall where your desk currently is. Oh and use clear oil. It looks gross in the pictures.
