12 week Boot Camp for the gals

It looks like a sound plan if you are willing to follow it. She even offers a contract for you to sign, tips on snacks, food rules. If anyone decides to take on this challenge and follow the program I would love to see the documented progress on how you do here. Maybe after you do the 12 weeks you will stay on a roll too!
