I was at a party and a few hours before the party started a while back and my friend had another friend over who was helping her get ready and shit doing her hair etc. Never got a good look at her face, but she had nice hair, good looking body, and seemed to have a pleasant personality.

I didn't give it any thought, but fast forward like three hours and a half dozen drinks later, I was bullshitting with my friends and meeting their coworkers and such. I turn to my side when I see someone sit down next to me, same girl as before, she was talking to someone on her left, so once again I didn't see her face. She turns to face me and I got up and took a friend outside with me to smoke and we just laughed and laughed and laughed at what a butterface she is.

I felt bad, but then again, I didn't.

"I don't get the term "butterface." What does "butter" have to do with anything? It's just a strange descriptor I've never heard of before. Things like "hooknose," "snaggletooth," "trainwreck," etc. are all descriptors I can understand... but butter? Where's the connection?
