Anyone playing on Highkeep...and Legacy of Steel still...

Played on nameless server a few years back. Currently have been playing shadowbane for past 2 years but the population is just too low now for good pvp.

Just wondering who is playing eq2 on highkeep server.

Also when I left eq (before PoP came out) FoH, Afterlife, LoS etc were some of the powergaming guilds. Just curious if any of them are playing eq2.

And has anyone heard from any of the old Legacy of Steel members who worked on World of Warcraft? Tigole, Ariel, Thorax, etc (cant remember them all).

Kinda wondered if working on a game like that takes the fun out of playing one. I played WoW for two months. Hit 60 and was bored stiff so went back to shadowbane.

Anyway I'll quit rambling. Thx for any info.

The old LoS crew has kind of splintered across various servers

I'm sure Tig, ariel, daelo, etc are playing, but they've been quiet about where (can't blame them)

Kinda suprised Furor is playing eq2. Wasnt he extremely vocal a couple years back about how great WoW was going to be?

Yeah don't blame Tig, Ariel, Daelomin et all for being silent if they are playing eq2. heh. Figured that working on one of these games would sour your taste to playing them but perhaps not.

I figure I'm going to play eq2 and hope that future expansions expand on the pvp that the first expansion is going to put in. Still hoping for Shadowbane 2 but probably in vain.

Yah he was. That guy is a giant walking clown-penis with a big mouth.

He spewed bullshit from his sewer daily about how WoW would kill everquest and SOE and everyone else and then... OMFG... it didn't.

The irony is that he works for Blizzard, so the fact that it didn't kill EQ/SOE lays partially to blame on his shoulders.

I figure that is why he keeps his trap shut nowadays, basically out of fear of furthering his image as a complete tool.
