I didn't even think the PS3 hardware was done yet.

At E3, they were running the XBox demo off of 2 G5's, not the actual XBox360

Way, way too early to tell. Odds are, we won't start seeing the true capabilities of either platform until roughly halfway through the generation's lifespan. So far, my money would be on the 360, but that's based solely on a preliminary look at the hardware, and how they've distributed their tasking.
