I agree.
It's cruel to keep them/it alive because it is "so cute"

Why? The vet seemed to believe Gemini would function normally if it survived.

With 150 years of experience between the three of them, they had never seen anything like it. How can they make the decision that it will live forever and ever if they dont know what the look for. Sure, the organs that it share might look normal. But it looks like one, if not both, have mouth problems, which is asking for infection....but whatever.

ITS SO CUTE AND WILL GET ME ON THE NEWS. KEEP IT ALIVE!

Even without 150 years of experience, I can assure you that it won't live forever and ever. The vets didn't say anything about ensuring a lifespan of any given length, just that if it survived Gemini should be able to function normally. I'll go with their verdict over a vague hypothesis of potential infection.

I have to disagree, not cute. Reminds me of the Pomeranian from Blade 3.

It has nothing to do with being cute. Conjoined twins have often lived normal lives. This cat seems rather similar to that. If it is showing signs of being stronger and making progress, why kill it just because its different?

It's not your right or place to decide if the cat lives or dies. If the cat is suffering that's a different story, if functioning normally and it's perfectly heathy then why should it be put down.

What about all the kids with autism, should they be put down as well?

If they can do something cool like instantly counting dropped toothpicks, then I say let the autistic LIVE! If not, yeah, get rid of them. The planet is way too over-populated to let them live.

So when something starts to malfunction you'd pay a vet 10k to save that kitten's life through some intricate surgical procedure? BWAAHAHAA
