Friends is geared toward the 30+ year old crowd. I can see how people in their 20's wouldn't like it too much and can't identify with it.

Well it wasnt canceled since it was super popular and NBC would have paid large sums of money to clone the cast so they could exploit them forever.

Friends is a stupid, asinine show. OOoh, they're all, like, friends, and they all, like, hang out in a coffee shop! BRILLIANT! I can't stand that shit. Actually, I can't stand pretty much anything on network television these days. It's all asinine crap that only those with IQs lower than their hat size could even potentially find "funny". (Why, then, am I not surprised that Mindia likes it?) I haven't seen a sit-com that actually was amusing since, say, M*A*S*H, Benson and, to a lesser extent, Night Court.

If I watch TV, it's going to be sports, music, or one of the science channel. I'd much rather see a show on Supermassive Black Holes than watch Friends, which, in a very special episode this week, we get to learn if Chandler really IS in love with the brain-dead paraplegic baboon, or if it's actually a lesbian, and is sleeping with the female pet dachsund!

Hallmark plays a couple of hours of MASH everyday...I generally try to catch an ep or 2 of it. It still holds up after all these years.

Now I really know why I don't like you. All of those shows sucked ass. Friends was great. Family Ties, Three's Company, and The Ropers were all great shows too.
