It does, however, require an informed populace to know what the U.S. has or has not done, and an educated populace to distinguish between reporting and propaganda. At least in the U.S., we by and large have the former.

Always interesting to see the Miss Cleo imitations regardless of what history suggests.

I linked many of them, none from "radical" sources. YOU are the one with your head in the sand ignoring reality. Am I claiming that Khomaini was some sort of saint? Of course not. But what I am claiming is that the Shah was just as bad as, say, Pinochet or other such dictators we've propped up, frequently after first overthrowing democratically elected governments, which is exactly what happened in Chile AND in Iran.

Please, Academia is in propaganda more than most.

I know people who worked in SAVAK. Funny, their opinions are much different as are the other Iranians I've spoken to.

You link some sites that get their info from questionable sources. I've been to Iran, Arlos, and spoken with many from Iran.

But hey, you obviously know more with a few History channel links from people who probably have never been to Iran than my sources from DLI and in the Middle East.
