I dunno what makes Darko 'the next Dirk'. Why don't you show me where I suggested he might be? He's unlikely to ever play like Dirk, being much more of a traditional big man.

I'll go on a limb and say in 7 years Darko will be better than 75% of the people you listed, Vonk.

In 7 years he could be the next Dirk. Certainly a better chance than another middle tier guard/forward that anyone can get in any draft.

Alright. So, neither of us know anything about the guy. We 'do' know a lot about James, Anthony, Bosh, Wade, Hinrich, Ford and Howard. I haven't seen anything from Darko that makes me want to put him in the same class as those guys. Fair enough? Well I did make a crazy long stupid rant under my brothers ID so it's hard to argue that I wasn't retarded back then, whether it was because I was backing you up or not.

That thread still makes me wonder about the sanity of a few old school LoS though.

Fair enough. I'm just judging things based on scouting reports and from what I've heard from him.

Generally it's tougher to get a good 7 footer than a guard/small forward type, and it takes longer for them to develop. He could be the next Olajuwon or the next Bradley, but I'm just basing things on his attitude and the scouting reports I've read.
