I deliberately kept the size and quality of the image high to show that nothing was changed/added/modified.

He's welcome to claim it's fake... but he's wrong.

Hell - feel free to take that image and analyze it down to the pixel... there's nothing modified. I'm not the Photoshop wizard, my girlfriend is.
