lol.. I went from a DDD to a perky full C ..It was deemed medically necessary because of back pain and a few other issues. Insurance covered that at 100%. I had the surgery March 2003 before I had any clue I was going to have the gastric bypass. Hopefully now they don't deflate to nothing! If so, then maybe Dr. Soto can take some fat tissue from the places I don't want it and put it back in my breasts!!

He showed me his BFL pics. Hopefully he still has them and can pass them to you. It really is a good basic sound program and easy to follow if you are willing. I send a lot of people who are just getting into lifting and exercise to the http://www.bodyforlife.com site. Bill Phillips book is very inspirational as well. I took my whole goal setting section on my old site from him.. read up:

am I the only one who has had to struggle to put on weight in the past couple years? ><

I was at 145 lbs 5 years ago, put on 30 lbs in 3 years, and filled up the last 20 lbs this past year with working out and eating right.

I have stretch marks on the sides of my chest is my only complaint =\

my boyfriend consistently tries to put on weight but can't do it.

he's 6'5", and weighs 180ish. when he was in high school he only weighed about 130. :eyecrazy: he DID manage to put some weight on in muscle form when he started college but he separated his shoulder recently and hasn't been able to lift, so it's diminishing and he's losing weight again. i feel bad for him. :( he's really insecure about being so skinny.

Both issues suck and both require the same effort of eating healthy and exercising for the best results. I know a few people who had weight loss surgery (not like the RNY I had but other types of procedures) that end up having the same issue. I can't fathom having the reverse issue. That has got to be almost as equally frustrating as being obese. The only plus is that society is more accepting of peope who have to gain weight versus people who are obese.
