Rehnquist was a conservative so when Bush appoints another conservative the court wont move much.

now see this is where the liberals shouldn't bitch and complain.. bush nominates a conservative its just replacing one. This one should sail thru.........................

sorry i have to laugh at that comment :)

another bitter fight for people that actually follow the consitution in descions and don't use other countries' laws to decide.. sigh
