I wound up bagging Raster a second time myself. Was just wandering through, and there he stood. I think I still have most of the components for a second robe in Xao's bank. I didn't do any multiquesting on my Robe of the Lost Circle, though after Kunark came out, I got the Karnor's Pipe from Woedwyn for my Robe of the Whistling Fists. Don't get me wrong, I'd have happily paid for an idol, but I couldn't find anyone else with one either, in part I suspect, because a few of us monks were monopolizing the spawn for so long.

I did leave Guk briefly to pull Fire Giants at Snero's request. Raster, of course, spawned while I was gone. It's all Snero's fault!

I've killed Holly countless amounts of times now. I can't recall how many of my toons were killing rabid, yes rabid animals and she'd come whack you for killing the poor defenseless animals.

come to think of it, if I ever log on again, I will go kill her just out of spite.

and Raster /shudder, didn't have it as bad as you Xao, first time camped him for 60+ hours, just to have some higher lvl asshat come in and KS me. Second attempt (like 2 months later) it only took around 52 hours.

Never forget one night this ghetto ranger who I had only met a few days earlier met up with me in EF and we were bored, so I led us on this wild goose chase where we finally found out how to get to that damn polar bear under the ice and ended up exploring the caves where this character, the Lich of Miragul, was wandering around, needless to say we both got waxed by the lich in like 20 seconds and luckily had a cleric friend on at like 3:30 am who ran over and cr'ed our sorry asses

When I was an ultra noob on Allanh, I remember camping in East Karana with Xanther and a few people and dying to evil eyes lots....Oh yea and guk...assassin/supplier....ps, screw CH for not refreshing instantly when you ducked or got stunned and having to wait the entire 10 seconds of the cast time ><

Solb, bats to Imps. Was some rough going grinding on imps with one other person sometimes. Great fun though, liked the challenge of it. Was also own to find the Guano Harvester up and steal a 100% WR Bag!

Don't forget ranger monk combo doing imps...No one better ever tell me that bind wound can't save your ass :P

edit- I remember when Xaoshaen was camping raster....I think I was in guk on my cleric and he kept saying "Free Chrysoberal Talisman at raster camp" I swear he was there for like a month :P

I used to love duo'ing chardok pre-revamp with Goose. I had a stun stick in each hand and he had the TStaff... With the right buffs the mob just sat their and got p'fucked... we were epic by that time too.

This is gonna make people cringe but...towards the end of my time I used to love going up and killing in Plane of Sky. We actually had it down to the scienece and could clear the whole plane inside of 2 hours. Nothing like a DT from a Sphinx.

Once you mastered the zone and elarned how to funtion it was fine...but for god's sakes dont go on a pick up group. Pick up groups in POA was about as much fun as watching a monkey fuck a football and extremely painful.

We had one time in POA where we agreed to bring some dumbshit and her fag husband along. This was during the time when I was down the the crown only for my skittles stick. I agreed to take her along under the agreement that if a second Crown dropped it was hers but the first one was mine since I was using my keys to open the plane up(about a year and a half ago the keys became no drop permanent) and I had fronted the money for all the coffins.

We get up to the 7th plane and work on clearing it. Of course she had to bring her idiot savant guild leader that was 8 boxing(thats right, 8 boxing) No crown dropped after about 12 pulls and about 25 DT's mostly me and 5 other people. During the last 8 pulls the dumbass guildleader and retard husband start spouting off that since they were helping us sooooooo much that if the crown drops she shoudl get it or atleast be able to roll on it. This instituted a arguement with me saying flat out that if she did not STFU I would take our group and go over the side and leaving the level 52 drood, his sniveling ass wife and the fucktard with the 8 characters to try and finish the island themselves.

Of course they announce they will besmirch my name throughout the Planes if I told them to goto hell.

This is why I never did pickup groupsm but I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and was trying to be nice.
